I’ve been working on rewiring my brain for the last few months. The main reason is that I was slogging through every single day (except when I was fishing!) like a worrywart zombie. Constantly wasting brain cycles thinking whatever I accomplished next might make me happy. Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way.

Changing how my brain functions is not the easiest thing I’ve done, but it’s probably the most important. I’m certain there is plenty more work to do but as cheesy as it sounds it has opened my eyes and opened doors I didn’t know existed.

Here’s a picture of my brain > 4 months ago.
(Btw, don’t ever google image search ‘Gross’, this picture doesn’t even come close to what’s down that hole)

Here’s what my brain feels like now.

If you feel like you just don’t enjoy things like you used to, or could enjoy them more, or think you can be living a happier life overall and want to put the work in I will tell you right now it’s worth the effort.

This book has recently helped me change my life in a very positive way and I highly recommend you take the time to read it, even if it’s just the first few chapters + the last chapter.

In no way am I making money off of sales of this book, but I hope the author does.
